I’m on a mini vacation…
today I traveled to Cookeville to see my dear friend Elizabeth get married tomorrow. Tomorrow I will travel to Gatlinburg where I will spend the next few days with family and then with just Donita and Amelia. I’m excited to get out of Springfield. I need to step away from a few things there and think with a level head. Also, a vacation no mater where it comes from is a wonderful thing.
I really wish the gym workout room didn’t suck. I went down with a plan tonight to get my cardio in.. and the machines were so archaic that they just flat out didn’t work the way I needed them too. So instead I ran stairs for a little bit and I am planning on walking with the bride in the am before the day starts. We are right next to a Starbucks… so I’m thinking we will end up there as well during that time.
What do you do to work in workouts when you’re out of town and out of your norm? Should I just take a break or utilize this time off work to accomplish more?
