If you had an extra day each month – that no one else had – how would you spend it?
I would start off at Starbucks and have a nice uninterupted cup of coffee while I wake up. I would stroll down Hillsboro pike and enjoy some of the funky stores and then watch a movie at the Belcourt. Afterward I would amble down to the farmers market and have a snoball while I wander around and purchase ingredients for dinner. Then when I finally made it home I would prepare a delish dinner for family and friends who were able to come and share. That would be an ideal day.
